Menu Engineering Process

Step 1- Creating Menu Items, categories & types

Step 2 – Recipe Development

DNY creates top-notch recipes, with a detailed recipe manual for each dish in the menu. Step 3- Mise-en-place Procedure

Step 4- Food Costing SOP and MRP Evaluations
