The concept of cloud kitchen was suggested to us by DNY hospitality. We decided starting 3 brands under 1 kitchen and the setup is done by DNY with an intelligent kitchen design, operating these brands flawlessly. North Indian cuisine head chef by DNY is excellent in his culinary skills, he trained our team with a great approach.
