Terms & Conditions

It is made clear that no employee of ours, who has worked for you on our behalf shall be taken for your employment directly or indirectly without our written consent, otherwise payment of compensation to us equivalent to his monthly salary, thereof.
None of our security personnel shall be paid any money by you as advance or loan etc. if done so, it will be your own risk and responsibility.
The Contract can be terminated either by the party by giving one month notice period or one-month billing amount in lieu of notice period, thereof.
Deployment of Personnel: as mutually agreed upon.
Suitability of Personnel: We will provide you with well trained, experienced, physically fit and reliable personnel.
Replacement: In case of any of our personnel are not found suitable, he will be replaced immediately with a better substitute.

Payment Terms:

Principal employer will clear all the bills of the agency on or before the 8th of every month to distribute the wages of the personnel before the explained time under the rules.

Closure:

In case, you agree to our mentioned details then, please convey your acceptance of the same and also inform us of the date and time for commencement of our services by issuing a work order to us, at least four days in advance to effect deployment as scheduled.
